• Developers’ Workshop
  • Workshop dates are Nov. 1 - 5, 2026 at Maynooth University
  • Technical Team co-chairs will send out email to MEI list with details about the workshop

Discussion

• Sponsorships
  • Continued discussion about potential sponsorship and what an in-kind contribution would entail and the level of involvement that would be necessary from the Board
  • Suggestion to create an MOU between MEI Board and Sponsors when there is an in-kind contribution
  • At next meeting (June) we aim to determine the approach we would like to take
• Project and Funder Acknowledgements
  • Proposal: To add a sentence identifying the project/funder in section 1.1.2 of Guidelines
  • Prior to publishing guidelines: circulate attributions among the Board members for feedback
  • By next meeting (June) we aim to identify who will be responsible for adding the project/funder details to the guidelines
