Updates

• Election results for the 2026-2028 term were shared by Martha.
  • Newly elected is Jessica Grimmer; returning members are Anna Plaksin, and David Weigl
• The MOU for conference hosts is now live on the MEI website for use with future hosts
  • Language in hosting guidelines to be consistent with MOU

Feedback/Discussion

• Discussed process and next steps for sharing Institutional membership sponsor levels and by-law text revisions Ongoing discussion about publishing MEC Proceedings
  • Discussed merits of publishing in Knowledge Commons or Zenodo
  • Short-term decision is for proceedings for MEC 2026 to be published in Zenodo
