  • MEI Board Nominations for 2026-2028 will open on Oct. 28 through Nov. 11, 2025
  • Martha and Laurent are MEI election administrators for the 2025 elections
• MEC 2026
  • Planning is on track for the conference
  • Conference Host MOU document has been finalized and will be shared on website for use with future conference hosts

Discussion

• MEI Board discussed possible locations and dates for Developers’ Workshops and more information will be shared when details are finalized
• Conference Host MOU document has been finalized and will be shared on website for use with future conference hosts
• MEI Institutional Sponsors
  • MEI Board continued discussion about benefits of sponsorship. Anna K. and David W. will draft a list of specific benefits of sponsorship and request feedback from the Board.
